Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of skincare products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it or offer a refund.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please contact us at info@naturabelle.co within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photo evidence.
Refunds (if approved)
Once your return or refund request is reviewed and approved, we’ll notify you. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
